CapeRents.Com has been created as a
service to the Cape and Islands rental market by E-Marketing of Hyannis, MA,
creators of CapeConnections.Com and CapeCodEmployer.Com. Listed below are some of
the features of this site.
- Post, modify and delete your own rental
property ads in any rental section of the site. You may post an unlimited number of ads at
very low cost. (see below)
- Set up unlimited Auto-Notify search agents
in any section which will automatically E-mail you when a property is posted that matches
your criteria, or a
searcher posts a wanted ad that matches your criteria.
- You may have a clickable link to your own
website in all of your listings. This will allow prospective renters to "click
through" to any page you desire on your site.
- Use the free optional rental availability
table in your ad. You can modify this table any time you want to show which weeks are
still open for rental.
- You may also place up to 3 photographs of
your property provided that no one photo is larger than 250x250 pixels in size. The system
will prompt you to upload a photo automatically after you place a rental listing. It will
let you know if the photograph is over the size limit.
You may optionally exclude your telephone
number and address from your postings if you desire. If you choose this option, respondees
to your ads will use our private E-mail messaging system. This system enables both
property manager and searcher to anonymously dialogue without revealing identity or E-mail
address.
