This site ranks highly in the major search engines for Cape Cod Rentals. We currently receive thousands of hits per day from visitors interested in renting property on The Cape and Islands.

At CapeRents.Com we offer the rental property owner the ability to advertise available vacation and other rental properties to a much larger group of potential renters than any other advertising medium, and at a much lower cost. At CapeRents, you are in total control over what your ad says because you post it yourself. You may come back and modify your ad at anytime. Thus as weeks become unavailable to renters you can reflect that in your ad by logging in and changing the "availability chart".

Ad posting rates start as low as $19.95 for a 90 day listing. Your basic listing includes all your contact information as well as a link to your website.

We also offer 4 options to enhance your directory listing:

• Add a photograph(s) to your listing
  
  You can upload up to 3 photographs of your rental property to include in your listing for $2.95 each.
  

• Add a Map link in your listing
  
  You can add a link to our affiliate mapping service called Map-Quest which when clicked on will show viewers of your listing the exact location of your business. The cost for the map feature is $4.95.
  
  
• Increase the Visibility of your listing
  
  You can bold your listing in the search results page to raise the visibility of your listing. The cost for bolding your listing is $9.95.
  
  
• Upgrade to a Priority Listing
  
  This feature gives your CapeRents listing a priority position in user search results. Activating a priority listing insures your listing will always appear within the top 10 listings for the keywords or categories you select.
  
  

Banner Advertising

• Become a CapeRents Featured Sponsor
  
  By becoming a CapeRents featured sponsor, you are provided a permanent banner ad placed in the right hand column adjacent to search results. Each time a user searches for rental properties your ad will be prominently displayed. Your sponsor ad is a clickable link to any page you designate at your website. There are a limited number of sponsor ads available for either a six month or per year commitment. The annual cost for a featured sponsor ad is only $240. The six month option costs $150. All featured sponsors are able to post unlimited rental property listings in the directory at no extra charge.
  
  If you become a featured sponsor we will track how many impressions (views) and click throughs users made to your website. You can login and check your stats at anytime to see how effective your banner is.
